Jaysen received an associate’s degree in computer networking from ITT Technical Institute. After five years in networking, he decided that he wanted more and went back to school. Jaysen went to Colorado Tech University and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Over the next six years, he worked as an operations manager for top companies such as Amazon, Cox, Cardinal Logistics, and Krystal Koach. Jaysen loves the strategic planning of operations, seeing the big picture, and being able to bring it all together. Over the last couple years Jaysen has been adventuring the financial world of residential mortgage further honing his skills in business development.
