Booth Set-up: Set-up will be Friday, March 15, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. No exhibitors will be allowed to enter the building until 3:00 p.m. Vendors are not allowed to drop off stuff for your booth prior to 3:00 pm. NIXPO Committee is not responsible for setting up your display. A map of booth locations will be available at the chamber booths. DO NOT DRAG tables, boxes, and other heavy equipment.Booth Description: The following items are provided: Professional set up of backdrop, sides, and trashcan. Booth size is approximately 10’ wide by 8’ deep. Tables and chairs are available at an extra minimal cost. If you need additional equipment such as tables, chairs, electricity, etc, please notify the chamber by Friday, March 8.
Displays requiring special needs (wall area, etc.) must notify the Chamber with your request. We will try to accommodate your needs. NO BUILDING MODIFICATIONS ALLOWED. If you need a bigger space, you must purchase the premium booth space that is a larger space.
