DECEMBER HOLIDAY XTRAVAGANZA LUNCHEON
We are now a week away from the big day! Please send or drop off auction items to the Chamber Office by Friday 12/4.
Proceeds for this luncheon will be going towards Nixa Chamber Technology Budget. Going into the new year, Nixa Chamber will be upgrading hardware and software to better serve our Chamber members. There will be an increase to marketing, membership and public relation services from Nixa Chamber. This fund raiser will be specifically targeted towards those costs.
Caterer: Simply Delicious Catering
Mocktail Bar: Chose one of several specialty mixed drinks. XMIN will be Bartenders
$2 per drink
Silent Auction: Bidding on Donated Items or gift baskets of $25 min Value or Greater. Please drop off auction items at Nixa Chamber office. We really need your help on this one Chamber members! Deadline is Friday 12/4.
Bake Sale: WWIN Bake Shop
Varied prices on individual items and platters. Drop off at Nixa Chamber office by Monday 12/7 at 5pm or bring on the day of the luncheon.
UGLY SWEATER CONTEST: Come ready to win the contest with your ugliest sweater. Winner will receive a Gift Card to a local eatery
We will be providing ticket receipts which you can use for a running total for your purchase (bake sale / auction items / mocktail drinks) and you pay at the check out right before you leave.

Fees/Admission
Reservations required by noon on the Friday preceding the meeting. Late fee Chamber Member and Non-Chamber Member: Please note the NACC Policy as approved by the Board of Directors:
General Admission fee:
$18 per member or non-member from Friday noon until Monday noon
(Pay Admission fee before event with cash, check or credit card)
No reservations accepted after 12 noon the day before the meeting
Mock-tail Bar: $2 per drink
Silent Auction: What you bid on item/basket and win (Items donated have at least a $25 retail value)
Bake Sale: Items are priced on quantity.
(for all events and tables tabs will be kept and must pay before leaving the event)
NOTE: NO ATM on location.
Chamber Functions Involving Reservations
For Chamber functions involving reservations: reservations not canceled at least
one day (24 hours) in advance will be billed to the person or business making the reservation.
